Mr. Anil Chandiramani, an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, founded Anil Chandiramani & Associates in the year 2003.
Before starting on his own, Anil had over 10 years experience with leading recruitment firms, recruiting professionals for the textile, chemical and other industries in India, Indonesia, Nigeria and the Middle East. He has successfully placed senior executives—including CEOs and Managing Directors—in operations, marketing, finance and commercial functions.
He has had over 20 years of rich experience in the woolen and textile industry in India, and the synthetic weaving industry in Nigeria. He has also assisted in setting up projects for the manufacture of fine chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates.

Mr. Rakesh Bhatia is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and the Faculty of Management Sciences, Delhi University.
After a short stint in the manufacturing sector, he acquired over two decades of marketing and manufacturing experience from Forbes Gokak, one of the largest yarn manufacturing companies in India, and has been the COO of their tire-cord, terry towel and value-added yarn businesses.
He is now a full time consultant with the company and has been servicing our overseas clients for their requirements of senior professionals

Ms Veda Kurani, a textile graduate from the DKTE, Kolhapur, has worked in the Quality Assurance division of textile giants such as Standard Mills and Bombay Dyeing. She has also recruited for the textile industry for over six years, and is now a full time consultant with the company.
She assists in the recruitment of professionals at all levels for our clients in India as well as overseas, in the engineering, chemicals and pharmaceutical industry.

Ms Deepali Minawala is a commerce graduate with an IT background, and has nearly 10 years of experience in recruitment. She has also worked as the sourcing head for a multinational pharmaceutical company.
She has placed several candidates in prestigious companies in the marketing, brand management and PR functions, and has been closely associated with the real estate, financial services and FMCG sector.

Ms Sejal Thadeshwar, a graduate in commerce, has recruited professionals in the financial services sector. She has to her credit several successful placements in the financial services, legal and HR functions, as well as in the IT industry.

Ms Reshma Malkani is a pharmacy graduate from K.M. Kundanani College, with a Masters degree in Marketing Management from Prin. L.N. Welingkar Institute. She has spent six years managing brands for reputed pharmaceutical companies such as Cipla, Lupin and Alkem. She also has over 2 years of international experience with National Grid, a leading player in the UK utility sector.

She is now a full time consultant with the company and is servicing clients from the pharmaceutical industry, both in India and overseas.

Ms Charuta Shetty, a graduate in chemistry with a post graduate degree in pharmaceutical marketing, has over six years experience in brand management with reputed pharmaceutical companies.
Having worked in organizations such as Lupin and USV, she is well-versed with the nuances of marketing and has a unique knack for identifying and recognizing talent, and catering to the requisites of our clients of the pharmaceutical industry.
